Canada Dry Orange is an orange-flavored soda similar to Fanta and Mirinda and made by the brand Canada Dry.
History[]
Canada Dry Orange was first released in 1956 in the United States and Canada and was called Canada Dry Sunrip Orange. In the 1970s, a diet version was launched, but only in the United States and in Canada the drink was renamed Canada Dry Viva Orange.
In the 1980s, it was also launched in Syria, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Ireland, and Panama.
Prior to the 2000s, it was discontinued in many of the mentioned countries because Canada Dry has become popular for its ginger ale and club soda and less for its fruit sodas, but it remains still available in Iran, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Lebanon.
There are also others still available orange sodas by Canada Dry, including Canada Dry Seltzer Mandarin Orange in the US and Canada Dry Sparkling Valencia Orange in Japan.
Description[]
Canada Dry Orange is available in cans, plastic bottles of 500ml, 1,5 liter, and glass bottles.
The drink may taste similar to most orange sodas.
