Chubby Birthday Cake is clear pink in color. The bottle show the guy with a crown and he holding a birthday cake. The poster show an area that look like a candy land and it also shows a rainbow colored birthday cake.
It say on the label Vanilla Flavour which mean that it flavored like a vanilla cake.
