Ski is a brand of soda of fruit-flavored sodas popular in the north of the United States and it is mostly sold in Alabama, Alaska, California, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia. It is also sold in Lesotho and in an unknown arabian country.
The brand is often mistaken with Mountain Dew due to the fact the main flavor is orange lemon and sold in green bottles, which there may be a small inspiration from here.
History[]
Ski was made in 1956 and as of 1958 the brand started selling his first flavor, which is orange and lemon, and in the 1980s, they released a diet version called Diet Ski. In the 1990s or 2000s, they launched a new cherry flavor called Ski Cherry and in 2009 they renamed it Infra Red but later renamed it Cherry Again and since then there have been some news flavors with the most recent one being Ski Tropical.
The name Ski come from the fact that an employee went doing Ski and they did not know how to call the drink so they hesitated between Ski and Skee and they choose Ski.
